If you've ever loaded bulk caulk from a 5-gallon pail, you know the struggle. Material ends up everywhere, air bubbles ruin your sealant, and you're left scraping the sides trying to get the last of that expensive product out. The Albion 504-G15 follow plate solves all of that in one simple tool.

How It Works

This follow plate sits on top of your caulk pail and creates a tight seal with your bulk gun. The push-on design means no threading, no tools, and no hassle—just press it into place and start loading. When you're done, pull it off and move to the next pail.

The secret is in the construction: steel plates sandwich a durable nitrile gasket that acts as a wiper blade. As you pump caulk from the pail, that gasket scrapes the inside walls clean, pushing material toward the center instead of leaving it stuck to the sides. You get more product out of every pail, and you keep air and job site debris from contaminating your sealant.

What It Fits

This plate works with any 2" diameter B-Line bulk or sausage gun (models B12Bxx, B26Bxx, B12Sxx, B18Sxx, and similar) as well as Pro Professional Line guns like the DL-45 and DL-59. It handles both tapered and straight-sided pails made of metal or plastic, with inside diameters between 9-7/8" and 11-3/8". That covers standard 3 and 5-gallon buckets, including Sikaflex-2c and MasterSeal NP 2 containers.

Why It Matters

Bulk loading without a follow plate means wasted material, messy cleanup, and potential defects from air bubbles or contamination. This plate keeps your gun barrel clean, your caulk pure, and your pails emptied. For contractors running through multiple buckets of sealant on a job site, that efficiency adds up fast.
